I haven't found any restaurant that actually sells jalebis, so I'm not sure where to get it. Elusive king of desserts.

I hate Jalebis. My mom is obsessed with it though. I googled what Kheer is. There's an Afghan dish called Ferni and it looks similar. It's good.
