MAdonna is, obviously, #1 as queen of pop and a massive innovator for the genre, but does Princess Britney come in second place for her countless successful shows, incomparable dancing skills (even Madonna isn't on par with Peak Brit), her spectacular set design and production values, and her incredible audience reactions?
In her prime she was better than Madonna imo. She's been improving consistently since 2011 and I know that she has it in her to compete with the other great performers of this generation. At the end of the day, it's up to her.

And I mainly gave Madonna the win for impact and originality and to seem unbiased. I'm a bigger Brit fan, but Madonna pretty much laid the groundwork for all modern pop artist performances
