What you saw was without any of the modifications for ATRL. What the beta was to test for any bugs (and the aesthetics will be the next thing to be done after the bugs are sorted out).
I doubt it. Probably after the new ATRL has been launched.
If the new ATRL won't be ready for some time and the server can handle more new members, we should open limited registrations again. It'd be a nice way to break in the new years.
So when will The New ATRL be available for us mortals?
probably not for some time...even the testers are not back in yet...I think after a few weeks the + members test then maybe the whole thing will open for the non + members cross fingers.
Beta open for everyone (ATRL+, past, etc.) this month, release in Feb/March?
The beta is currently down. It's set to be released in stages. With each stage more content is added and bugs are ironed out. V3 (the third installment) is being worked on by Athens. It's taking a bit of time due to holidays and the fact that it's the largest package released thus far. Once it's completed, Admins, Mods, and us Beta testers will be the first to test it out. Then Beta invites will be sent out to + members and who they invite.
If everything goes as planned we may even be getting it earlier than you projected.
