Yeah she was definitely lethargic back in 2010 and 2011 and just going through the motions in 2012-2014. She somewhat started to get her happy back in the beginning of 2015 but it wasn't until this summer and she just seems to have her happy back and I think this was around the time she was offered 5M more dollars on top of the established contract salary to extend for 2 more years.
I think all the money she's made for PH, all of the celebs that attended her show, all the fans that attended her vegas show have boosted her confidence a bit. Whew 2014, she seemed like she was giving up a bit tbh. Glad she got her happy back...which is difficult to get not everybody has that.
