at people starting to realize that the daily/hourly dedication to promoting their anti agenda against celebs with money, love happiness, stronger net worth and above all higher value doesn't place one as a social justice warrior moreso than caught in a space that makes one believe they are changing the world and doing something of worth.

I agree with all of what you said, but this part is particularly true.

Britney was a huge teen sensation who released quite a bit of crap music, fell off after a few years - as teen sensations do most of the time - but remained relevant (á la Anna Nicole Smith and the like) by becoming tabloid fodder. Said tabloid fodder facilitated a "comeback" after a very public breakdown, which was never truly successful as her (already mediocre) abilities as a popstar were diminished greatly.

Nobody takes her seriously. "Toxic" is a nice song, but aside from that... there's really no reason to "stan" for her.
