The character is already iconic and part of one of the most famous Disney fairy tale stories of all-time, and rumor has it the next role IT is planning on taking is of the Bride of Frankenstein, another iconic character people would go see regardless of who it was.

But when she has to sell the project based on her "STAR POWER!!!!11!!!" it ends up in the toilet.

What? Cinderella grossed a **** ton of money simply because it was based around an iconic Disney princess, and it did so without the monster marketing budget Malnourished received.

Does anyone know who played her in the new Cinderella movie? NO, and it was still a big success, so my point stands.

Anyone who's seen Sleeping Beauty, so basically a huge chunk of the population, knows who she is and they capitalized on their love/nostalgia for the villain and made money. It's that simple.
