The worst song on 1989, by far, is This Love. I literally cannot get through it.

Regardless, no other track on 1989 comes close to Blank Space.

I think I still wanted the TD era to keep going after LFN, though. Katy wasn't quite as overexposed in the media in 2011 as Taylor has been in 2015. I just need a break from Taylor.

Wide Awake was a perfect final single in the same way I thought Wildest Dreams felt like closure for 1989. Both nice, simple pop ballads.

I think people are expecting too much of OOTW, tbh. I'm not expecting it to be a big hit. Maybe a moderate one at best. It would be a nice surprise if it did anything more.

It's super lame, the chorus is not even remotely catchy, and the song overall sounds like something KFCelly would've recorded 10 years ago, only more overproduced

Yeah, Wide Awake was an amazing era finisher. Part of Me tho was unnecessary garbage only made to name her flop movie after.
