Yeah, 2016 needs to be a grand ol' year. And we should include mixed people too. A lot of the time, people who are only a fraction of black can feel left out of the loop but I believe in including everyone.

You being abrasive has nothing to do with other members being "much worse." It doesn't change the fact that someone still thinks you are abrasive
