Exactly like.. it's so obvious that there is no album coming out before the tour. She and her team wouldn't drop an album and have no time to promote it anywhere. Messy time management is messy.

I know.. I think she's releasing it soon only because Samsung would be DUMB as **** to create this entire campaign and not release the album. This diary would be the biggest fail with no album since Tidal's failed marketing campaign.

But Rih didn't even release a single to try and jumpstart the hype for the album. I was expecting a new lead single like now and then the album follows in like 3 weeks. Lead single + MV ---> Album ---> Tour

Just releasing the album and going on the tour doesn't seem smart. But she has 2 months so I'll wait
