era 9 needs to cater to her strengths -- unique dance pop, sexy mids and a couple ballads.
era 10 can be more of a evolution ray of light/rhythm nation side (her 20 year mark and they need to sell it in a marketable way)
after this, she will be late 30s and there's no way she'd be played on radio.
era 9 she can still get interest. era 10 if era 9 goes well but after that it just won't work.
era 11 and 12 can be whatever because by then I doubt she'd be played on radio or have whatever power she has left.
