Angel's season 4 (that was airing simultaneously with Buffy's s7) is flawless and so ****ing dark (not like Prism dark ). There is episode in Buffy's final season when Willow leaves Sunnydale and goes to Angel in LA. That Angel's episode with Willow is one of the best things I've ever seen

Joss Whedon was on his creative peak in 2002-2003 >>>> Both Buffy s7 and Angel s4 are excellent and dark
