ESOM @ #1? I'm sorry, but is anybody else seeing just how flawed the Billboard chart is? I'm sick of these songs getting number one just because radio likes them. This didn't go #1 on Digital Songs. I don't care who it is...GaGa, Beyoncé, whatever. Even if it's a song I LOVE, I don't think it should get number one if people don't like it enough to download it en masse.
I am going to be so happy when Billboard announces that it will no longer consider radioplay in the calculation of hot 100 singles.

But, not quite #1 (which is what I meant by "touching #1" but I guess that's vague phrasing).
Anyways, whether or not the mechanism is flawed, it must make you feel great to be on top of the charts in the US, so it's great for Jay-Z and Alicia. I suppose it doesn't really affect me in any way, so why not be happy for them?
