Idk if you watched or going to watch Angel (I strongly advise you) but after Buffy kicks her ass in season 4 Faith runs to Angel in LA.

Also events of 'Angel' and 'Buffy' happen simultaneously. Buffy's season 4 = Angel's s1, Buffy's s5 = Angel's s2 and etc.

But you can watch Angel after finishing Buffy. I did the same because I didn't know back in 2010 that there was a show about Angel
