I agree with Joaquin I don't think medication is the way to go when you're feeling depressed
I've had to take escitalopram in the past and the side-effects were awful

I was drowsy and let's just say other parts of my body weren't working as efficiently as they should be.
I think excercise really helps, I don't know if it's the same for everyone but just a small workout or even just a 30 minute walk helps.
