The one charting the highest is the Explicit one and the clean version has been charting in the top 150 and another explicit one charting in the top 1000. Maybe you didn't know the fact the one you see in the 50's or 60's like you say its combined with the other versions charting??

Though not yet listed in the RIAA database, Drake’s “Hotline Bling” has officially been certified under the organization’s digital singles program.
The smash hit single, which went as high as #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, has attained 4x platinum status in the United States.
Under the terms of the RIAA’s digital singles program, the 4x platinum honor reflects a US digital unit total in excess of 4 million. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.
What a disaster. The songs aren't even finished with their run in the Top 10 and are getting 2-4M extra in certifications from streams (Hotline has only sold 1.65M, The Hills only 2.44M).
Streaming is still literally growing. If songs can do 6x Platinum before even finished in their run now then RIAA will be handing out Diamond certifications to every other song by 2017.
RIAA has never really mattered but they need to readjust that 100 streams equals 1 sale mess.
