Stressed Out isn't anywhere near its peak. It's been gaining hard on all metrics lately- I could definitely see it going top 5 in the future.

I never did either.
Always gifted (or an iTunes rip illegally found). A song NEVER deserved 1.29€, that's my opinion. 0.69€, maybe.
Between 9.99 and 13.99 for an album, that's fair. I bought a few per year.
