And you got this insider info where? She signed a three-movie contract to play a character that's painted blue. She's been loud and proud in indicating she plans to blow the franchise post-Apocalypse so Fox/Singer have nothing to gain by not putting her into the blue-suit since she's contractually obligated to finish the movie and promote it when it drops. Not to mention, Fox are the studio behind Joy, the movie she needs to push her critical-darling brand between completing blockbuster contracts for LionsGate and Fox, so she'd be in a poor position to start stepping on the toes of one of their major franchises. Fox know far too well that how the hardcore fans who light up comments sections on the internet react to a movie can sink it faster than anything if it's too floppy, hence Fantastic 4 will never see another reboot from the studio.
I really doubt she had the chance to say I'm not being blue, but whatever way the plot is going may require as much JLaw time as it does blue-time. For the record, First Class had as much JLaw as Mystique, but nobody seemed to mind then.
