I have just watched Requiem For A Dream and... I didn't find it depressing at all? It's visually very beautiful movie and I can see why it's critically aclaimed, but I just couldn't feel a thing for any of the character in the movie.
The only moment I felt sad was when Sara's two friends hugged at the end of the movie.
This anime movie aolbout a 7 year old boy and his little sister in Japan during WW2. My heart legit was about to broke. So sad i erased the name from my memory so i cant ever see it again
Dancer in the Dark and Pay It Forward both come to mind. I'm sure that both have been mentioned. also, the Rugrats in Paris scene where Chuckie doesn't have a mom to dance with. I recently saw a meme about it.
