Me and my boyfriend influenced each other so much in music but we always had very similar tastes, he's literally a white rich guy who leans more into alternative music but loves R&B and bops to local artists like Brandy and Janet I taught him that liking some trash pop music bops isn't shameful tho he now even likes Ariana (i know it's bad but step by step he'll get there)
