November 2009 releases aren't really in a position to claim Album of the 00s, since it's more of a transition time between two decades, nor are they in the position to get album of 10s, since the sound of this album is going to get beaten (obviously) by releases in the next 10 years.

Size 10 being a size for jeans, trousers, etc.. for women in America, I think she means that she has never been that size. But I think it's also implying that size 10 is "fat" and that she's never been fat.
If I'm correct on that, then f**k the writers of the song for being such jerks. Do they want people to be anorexic?
