I heard about the rumors of Rihanna being broke back in 2008/9 because Def Jam or whoever was spending more money than ever to promote her and make her an A list pop star.
I don't think they blew 25M an fArtpoop tea but I remember they even broke down how much money it costs to get played on radio and so on and so forth.
that said, it's 6 years later and she is certainly worth more than 100M if not more.
Why are non millionaires acting as if they cut her checks or get to reap the benefits of her money?
It's weird.
