Yeah, I basically have to play with the charger plugged in at all times.

The gamepad is very integral to the gameplay. It mainly shows you the map but with tons of other features on it such as fast travel, mining probes (important for getting new gear), mission objective locations, etc.

To be fair, it's also the same with the PS4's controllers. The light makes the controller die so fast

Honestly I feel like people give the Wii U so much **** it doesn't deserve. I get as a system, it's not the best. The PS4 beats it hardware wise, but game wise... Wii U takes up 80% of my top 10 games this generation. By far my favorite console (so far).

amiibo festival is amazing if you just step back and appreciate it. I love board games. I love cute ****. So it's amazing for me. tbh, it's boring single player, but playing it with friends makes for a lot of fun. It has a lot of luck, but hey. It's still a great time. Not to mention the Island Survival Game. So fun! :')
