I get the feeling that All I Ask was originally a duet or they were originally planning a duet before writing All I Ask.

Nope but she has done one duet back in 2009 with Daniel Merriweather which is on his album called Water and a Flame its a beautiful song Adeles low register

She loves her and I found it weird that in all the interviews, she didn't mention ha, when she was asked about music and so on. (I am sure she would have mentioned her tbh, she mentioned Ed, Rihanna, Beyonce, Madonna and many others).

It's not Bruno Adele talked about collabing in the studio with Bruno several times.

She never mentioned anything about Gaga, even tho she sent her flowers, attended her shows (the one private event where Gaga sung Poker Face acoustic with a big wig and Itunes Festival) and then went to her studio in Malibu, this January + played her Hello

It's obviously her. And I hope have a feeling it might be on LG5 hence why she don't want to spoil anything.

In November 2014 there were rumors from several sources that Adele will fly to LA in January and will get in the studio with Gaga to work on a duet for her album, because she loves her voice and thinks she is an underrated vocalist and she'll only put it on the album if it's really good. And then in January we get a pic of Adele and Gaga in Gaga's studio in Malibu

Then Gaga's New Manager already has Gaga's comeback LOCKED,a lead single featuring adele will sell, even if the song is generic.

I think the real problem was that Gaga's management probably wanted it as a single(at some point in the 25 era) and Gaga's fluctuating image doesn't add up to sonething so precious to any record label as an Adele Album.

However, it's a different story on Gaga's album, even if the single flops(which is really really hard considering Adele's wide fanbase) Adele's career won't be affected by it
