Tour? It's a hard choice. Especially because I've been to a lot of them, but there's also great ones I've only had the pleasure of watching on a screen. So my opinion is probably biased.

Nope, she just did the Kylie + Garibay EP which was good. And the Xmas album.
She's going travelling in 2016, so I don't expect new music for a while. But she said she's eventually going back to her dance/pop stuff (like Slow).
Hmmm I don't like when artists take long breaks in between albums specially if their last one was bad.
but yeah the gap between Aphrodite and KMO was kinda big too so I wouldn't be surprised if she releases in 2017.
