let's say that the countess/donovan are dead.
The only reason for that is, because she was busy with Donovan and she was an emotonal mess cuz of the death of Valentino.
So therefore for that reason alone, they were not pointless
Let alone everything else, for starter, the fact that Valentino is the one who made TC what she is.
And for 5th time, the storyline about Mr March locking V and N in that room hallway thingy is one of the best horror things in the entire AHS series. It's dark and it's ****ed up and it's great.
These types of characters are called donors (I think). They are not pointless, the point of them is to develop someone else's storyline. In that case it has a lot to do with everyone and especially the Countess, Donovan and Mr March.
