My ideal ANTI album is 27 tracks in total on the main edition with 3 bonus tracks, it'd never happen but I just like to think about it. I also had a dream that ANTI had 22 tracks on it but Nothings Promised, Love on the Brain, James Joint (Interlude), didn't make the album Only If For a Night was almost 5 minutes long.
The songs that don't make the cut could be released during the tour every 2 weeks or so for promo. But a cohesive filler free album from start to finish is ideal.
The reason she's spent years on this is so that it won't have filler and that it will be timeless. A 12 track album means she'd be putting out one song for every 3+ months we waited. It doesn't take 3 months to cut a track. She has no excuse to not put out a near 20 track album.
12 tracks or less is a smack in the face and is just stupid especially if the 3 released singles are on it too. We'll only have 9 new songs, or less.
AO could always end up as a deluxe edition track, and if she decides to keep the interludes I could see the final tracklist around 14, maybe 15. I can't wait to see how many are on there cause I just have a really strong feeling about this. It won't be a lot, and that's fine as long as they are all quality (which they will be).
I'm just so surprised how no songs have leaked from the album sessions at all. I wish they would leak like Rebel Heart's because we'd have lots of music
I could give less of a **** about quality more music is better than none lmao. I would rather have 20 tracks even if 15 of them have no meaning at all. More is better.
