Larry Kasdan actually said recently that Rian Johnson is doing some CRAZY things for the next episode, things that haven't been seen in a Star Wars film.
I'm only (like you) worried about Trevorrow at this point. While SNG is a good film, I do worry about how he handles Rey.
I almost wish the next Jurassic movie would flop and be critically panned so they'd get someone else but the timeline wouldn't match on that one.
Our faves need to get into films (and not 3D flop films). Gaga would transfix the globe with a feature film. It's coming.
