I have 80 points left in my Cost Accounting class, and if I get all 80, I can get an 85% in this god forsaken class, if I get a 0, I can't fail, but I want this B so desperately.

I love being an accounting major, but I can't stand this class.

I took sociology classes before. They are fine. Not hard at all. The material can be interesting, however at my school we have many problematic professors so that can be annoying. But they are GPA boosters nonetheless.

I worked so hard this semester (even blocked ATRL for most of it), but still I'm disappointed with the outcome...

Ended up with

B in Quantitative Biological Methods (wanted an A the most in this class )
B in Genetics (the easy A that clocked me)
A in Organic Chemistry (this class ruined my entire semester)
A in Advanced Ethics (my professor pushed back assignments every week till the final )

Finished my last final today. Am free till January 11th.

So far I only know of three final grades:
Destination Studies III (Geography) - A+
Travel Agency Orientation - A+
Special Interest Tourism - A

I should be good enough to get an A- in Marketing and Accounting. I also feel like I did maybe good enough to get an A+ in Airfare Pricing but I have a feeling I might just miss it and get an A.

(btw Canadian grading scale is different than US. A+ is 90% or higher.)

Drexel University in Philly!!
And I got into the Music Industry program which only accepts around 75 people. I'm sooooo happy.

Out of my 4 classes, I only have one grade back, an A in Spanish! I'm happy because it's a 5-hour class so it weighs more heavily on my GPA.

OMG, my Chem final was a DISASTER!!! I can't believe it. So we had 50 multiple choice (60% of the grade) which I may have done decent on... not entirely sure. But that took up way more time than I expected (we only had two hours). When I got to the short answer I pretty much blanked out and couldn't fully solve any of the choices we had (we had to choose 5 of the 9 options). My note cards were detailed as **** and pretty much summed up the entire textbook but barely helped at all. Even the few things that I did know from this unit were lost. So I definitely failed it I should've dropped the class when the asshole dean gave me the chance. I pray to god that they curve the class generously.


HOWEVER, I also had my Spanish 4 final earlier today and I needed at least a 96 to pass the class with an A, which neither I nor my TA thought was realistic, but I got a 98 on it! when I got my grade an hour ago I freaked the **** out, it's rare that I surprise myself like that.


So now I just need a C in Chemistry to pass the semester with at least a 3.3 GPA, the requirement for my study abroad program next year. That equates to an 18% on my final dd;

2/4 grades back an A (5 credit hour) and B (3 credit hour)

B+ (5 credit hour - 88%) in another class but they said last semester the curved the class 2.5%, so could push me up to an A- if all goes well

and I'm expecting an A- in my other class.

So it's either a 3.54 or 3.66, which is pretty good, probably will go down to a 3.85-ish

I got a 60% () on my Chem exam, but I passed the class with an 82% somehow! I'm actually shocked I scored as high as I did since I didn't do 5 out of the 20 questions so I got a 60% out of 75% possible so that's pretty good at least . I also got a 96 on my Pre-Calc exam and got a 97% as my total grade! Finally, I got a 90% on my Biology class but I only had a 88.4% as a final grade. Luckily, my professor offered me extra credit to bump my grade up to an A so I keep my Valedictorian spot at high school.

Can anyone explain how I've got a 3.9 GPA (before this semesters grades have been finalized) even though I've gotten all A's on my classes since 2012? Is it because I withdrew from a Calc class last semester? Also, I've got 48 credit hours now so after next semester (which will give me 6 more) I only need to take the French CLEP and get the 8-16 credits to get my degree.

I'm at a community college. This is the only time I've needed one during my entire academic career there. The state finals for tennis screwed me over because I missed a test and I couldn't take it after I missed it so he gave me credit to make up for it.

They opened my modules for a few of my classes for next term, and I looked through to see what's coming.

This Law class looks dull as hell.
The Events Planning course looks like it could be fun.
Travel Agency II is like part one, but using Sabre instead of Galileo.

The modules for next semester are going to kill me. Comparing Welfare States, Globalisation in Latin America, Business Ethics and Political Philosophy. Most of them are coursework based One of the pieces coursework is a 4,000 word essay and it's worth 100% of the module


I did so badly on one of my assignments in Phil of Religion which was worth (30%) I got 48/100 . But I got 64/100 in the presentation (10%) so the exam's worth 60%. Any advice hennies? I need at least 140/200 to get a 2:1 overall.
