The Fame was the era when she was the least in control. With every new era she kept firing people from the Haus and management and with every new era she became worse and worse. The only reason she rebounded now is because she is singing covers i.e. absolutely no artistic input from her in terms of lyrics or production. The less control she has, the better she is and at the same time, the more miserable she is.
But the more she fails, the more miserable she becomes.
Either way I win
