In 2013 when you stanned for her and then unstanned in a matter of seconds? Yes she was delusional.

In 2015 you can clearly tell she's self-aware. She'd be delusional if she was still trying to defend ARTPOP. She has acknowledged multiple times that it didn't connect and was a let down. If she wasn't self-aware we wouldn't be getting a RedOne produced album next year.
