well i ordered something from them around 3 weeks ago and it got lost in transit so i ordered it again and it got lost again but they still charged me for both orders
i had to phone them to request a refund and they have only refunded me for the first package, the second order has completely disappeared from my account. Luckily i still had the confirmation in my email so i phoned them to find out what was going on and they said their internal team was investigating it and that they'd get back to me within 12 hours. The internal team emailed me about something completely unrelated so i called them back and they said they'd get the internal team to phone me. If i don't get my refund by Monday i'm reporting them to trading standards
