I got in at exactly 10:00 and I didn't get tickets. It was such a mess - my initial waiting time was only 2 minutes, and then all of a sudden it told me it couldn't process my request and that I would need to retry in the line. I tried two other dates at about 10:02, but both of them froze when the waiting time got down to 6 minutes.
It seems like your chance of getting tickets didn't depend very much on what time you entered, but instead just how lucky you were that Ticketmaster didn't boot you out or crash on you.
