This is very true. She still has a lot to learn from her bestie Beyonce about how to make white media work for her rather than the other way around.
And the sad thing is she's in such a unique position as the ONLY mainstream female rapper (let that soak in for a second), so if she was really smart, she'd use that platform to force acclaim and respect. There's a way to use race to your advantage w/o explicitly using race, Nicki fails at walking that line though.

Loves it. Rhenna's a dumb ass. Would have brought some color to the kindaaa bleak-sounding Anti and it's an easy hit, and it aligns with the whole "Anti" theme in a weird way. Basically an excuse to sing about dancing, partying on the weekend, and other dumb **** over a fun generic beat (aka pop music) but you aren't criticized cuz you're supposedlyyyy making fun of it and being ironic ;]]
