1500 streams = 1 'album sale', so it includes Youtube as she doesn't have 2 billion+ streams on Spotify.
And yeah, there's no way 1500 Youtube views = 1 album sale

It's unclear what chunk of that amount actually goes to Swift's team because YouTube doesn't disclose royalty percentages; however, music insiders estimate it's between $0.50 and $2 for every 1,000 views. If that math holds up, Swift's label could make between $10,000 and $40,000 from 20 million views, an amount that would be shared among the label, songwriters and Swift.

Minimum Youtube/VEVO revenue: 50 cents/1000 views = 0.05 cents per stream
Maximum Youtube/VEVO revenue : 200 cents/1000 views = 0.2 cents per stream
Average: ~0.125 cents per stream to label/publisher/artist, etc.
10 iTunes sales (TEA) = 1290 cents, 903 cents goes to label/publisher/artist, etc. The rest (30%) goes to Apple
So ~7224 Youtube/VEVO views = 1 'album sale', not 1500
