1. Yes Bey has moved over 66 million albums. She moved 30+ with DC and 30+ solo

2. Janet does not have an album that moved over 20 million. She's to local to have that

3. Usher and what he did with Confessions has nothing to do with this.

Btw: Confessions actually scanned over 10+ million in sales and is certified diamond. Janet doesn't have that despite debuting in a much better sales climate
