I think she should really release this Friday. It's the perfect time. Right before Christmas.

She cannot release it on December 31. Nobody will care because everyone is busy getting ready for the night.

She cannot release it in January either. People are gonna recuperate after spending money on gifts, and food. Plus January/February is a really slow month for work for everyone including myself. Bills, rent and food come first.

Kids with no jobs: "mom, dad! Rihanna released an album! Can you get it for me please"
Parents: "no the holidays just past, you got enough. Plus I have no money"
