River Lea is amazing. That and Love In The Dark need to be the next singles. Also Water Under The Bridge and Million Years Ago. Then end the era with I Miss You.
The Pinkprint is an album that, for my standards, deserves to be called a masterpiece if it was cut just a tiny bit shorter. Her only job was to sort out problematic stains like Feeling Moustache, Molesti Dem Girls, TNISY and not make them singles but she screwed it up.

Trini dem girls is one of the best songs on the album

Let me photograph you in this light,
in case it is the last time,
that we might be exactly like we were,
before we realized,
we were sad of getting old
God, she's talking like a 60 year old. The unnecessary screaming.
WHY is my friend playing Mumford & Sons? It's a big NO from me.
Ugh I don't even know how many times my friends would put them on just to annoy me. I kept trying in vain to explain how much they suck and none would listen.
My main problem with the song is how predictable it is, and not in a good way.
& I suddenly feel too self-aware when I hear it
"Ugh, I know what she was doing with this intro" / "oh jesus on a stick, now cue in the tacky reductive line about the town where nothing ever happens" / "how can one spend 5 years writing such shallow TRASH!11"
