What happens if we choose a day and it sells out, does that mean we can't even go back and buy tickets for another date? Scared Also I guess they sell the tickets at 10 AM on Wednesday according to the arena's time zone, so for Madison S Garden it will be eastern time right? Any info will be appreciated

Okay, I don't remember it all anymore, but I'll try to describe everything I remember... So you get the email with the code and there's "Buy tickets" button next to it (in the email), you wait for the time of presale to come (definitely worth trying even a few mins before the official time, like 9:58 or sth, some people were already choosing their seats at that time

), after you click on that, you get to see the whole list of dates, you choose which you want tickets to and it takes you to the queue, which automatically refreshes every 30 secs. Under the countdown is written sth like "Seats: still available"... if you're lucky and get through the queue, that's when they want the code from the email so it's better to have it copied and ready to go, after you type it, it lets you to choose the tickets just like for any other concert, you can choose the sector, everything, based on what's still available. There was also option "best available seat" which means that if you clicked on that, it offered you the best seats currently available so you didn't have to try looking at each sector etc. After choosing the amount of tickets and your seats, you just write your credit card info and details like address etc and that's it
You will know if it's sold out when you're in the queue and under it there will be "Seats: sold out" or something like that. First it's "still available", then "limited" and then sold out. Since you type the code after you go through the queue, it means that if a date sells out, you can definitely try a different one. Actually, I suggest you open a window for every date you wanna try or as many devices as you can and wait if you get through the queue somewhere.
And yes, MSG should be at 10am EST. Good luck!
