The finale was a disaster because they chose the easy way out with the killer (choosing the MOST obvious person. That person was SO obvious that we ruled them out early on, so when they were revealed, it wasn't an "OMG WAIT IT WAS THEM!?" moment so much as it was a "Ugh, seriously? It was THEM?" kinda thing), then had the reveal at the BEGINNING (which is a bad idea to begin with), then wasted half the episode having the killer frame someone else when we already know they're the killer, then had cringe-worthy writing (see Cathy saying "Okay!" towards the end). It was a tragic waste.

Which is why I'm writing the script to MY version of the finale that'll be finished by next week.

If Madonna or Adele died, they would be solidified as legendary (as if they needed any more validation of that; look what happened to MJ & Whitney). Nah don't underestimate the power of an untimely death. Although it would also depend on how she died. A murder or an accident >>> an overdose or a long illness.
