My ACT scores are really weird. I took two tests this year (one in March and the other in September) and my scores flipped on each other. Like my highest scores were my lowest scores in September and my lowest scores in March were my highest in September. I suppose I just don't know how to make sure I do well in all the sections so I can get a high score. When I divided everything out with my highest scores from each test, I would have a composite score of 32 so I just really need to figure out how to build upon that and make sure I score well in all sections and improve on all of them as well. My essay was good (I got a 10/12 the first time and a 32/36 the last time) I suppose.

my stupid ugly french teacher gave me a ****ing 70 in participation and I am so mad omg. I made an A effortlessly in my other French class this semester, which is literally thought of as the hardest class in the whole department uGHHHHhghghghghghh.

Also I'm pissed bcuz I submitted internship apps to Forbes and Business Insider and have yet to hear back omg. Like it's still early but I thot this wuz gonna b eazi. Yeah, the course I want out of has never been of much use to me and I'm in no place to finish the coursework and take the final in under a week. You're trying to get the 'W' in place of an actual grade, right?

Yeah, well at my school they put a DR, but it's the same thing. My school both offers a late drop request, which would be before the semester is over, or a retroactive drop request, which would be dropping it after the semester is already over. I'm currently going through my university's health services to be diagnosed for depression/anxiety/ADHD/whatever they determine because I've had motivation and focus issues for years and Chemistry is the only class intense enough right now that it's seriously affected, so hopefully that'll help my case I just don't know whether to try dropping it now or the retroactive way. It's probably too close to the final to drop it now.

I'd definitely check into dropping it. I was able to withdraw from my Engineering Calculus course 3 days before the final exam so it may still be possible for you.

I guess I might stop and see my advisor tomorrow and see what I should do but the final is on Thursday and to drop a class after the deadline requires a meeting with the dean, so I don't know if I'd even be able to get an appointment with him in time but thank you

Btw, in your Harvard deferral letter of interest, it may even help to mention that you would 100% attend if you're accepted. When I was writing mine to Northwestern, that seemed to be a common suggestion to show them that you're serious (although stating that they're your #1 school is probably about the same). Good luck
