Oh I don't care if others talk to them. They actually might be nice people in general, they just don't like me for whatever reason.

Awww sis. In a situation with a guy that compliments you, you should always try and compliment him back with something. Unless you're not interested.

The only way for you to try and conquer this fear and this constant feeling of 'failure' regarding flirting with guys, is by going with the flow. If someone flirts with you, try and go along with it, even if you feel like you can't. You'll gain experience and you will feel less awkward the next time someone flirts with you. You have to try at least to get out of this vicious cycle.
