This weather does remind me of two years ago when everyone thought the winter was going to be tame with warm weather in December and the Jan/Feb came and Polar Vortex took the media by storm and basically weeks of Hell for the upper USA
this weather so is ****ing unacceptable. 66 degrees in NY during December? This constant fluctuation in the weather is driving me nuts
ikr. the average high temperature for this time of year around here is like 47 degrees and it's like 68 right now and i am not pleased. it should not be warm in december that's not allowed

the last really cold winter here was 2009-2010. it was like 20 degrees every day and it snowed like 5 feet over the course of that winter (that's not even a little bit of an exaggeration) it was insane
right now the northwest is actually the place that's really cold. there have been a ton of winter storms there in the past few weeks. at least that'll make for good skiing i guess

i missed almost 5 weeks of school and we didn't have to make any of it up because our school days were already longer than the other nearby counties so i thought it was pretty ****ing awesome lmao

Ugh, don't talk to me about weather. I'm so pressed that it's mid-December and we're still in the ****ing 80s. I know this temperature is pretty much here all year round but usually it officially leaves in November, and yet it's still here... at least next week looks better.
