The struggle. Almost as bad as being a Gaga stan (except then you kinda have to expect something you'll hate at first and then grow to love aka. "Applause" which sounds like the biggest mess at first listen). I was the same with "Roar," I thought "dafuq is this nursery rhyme?" and over time realised how iconic and great it is. Plus the "Roar" video is literally perfect. Maybe even better than "California Gurls" .
