I'll answer.
2004 hot 100 was based on 75% airplay and 25% sales.
no sales, limited airplay. I think the song went to 40 on pop but not sure.
Equals 101 peak. Didn't TIHTY peaked at 101.
Do somethin no sales, even less airplay. Didn't chart.
No single sales takes away 25%.
My prerogative got better airplay than do somethin but wasn't enough to chart.
