Tom's diner does not have a video nor was a single. I think the sia song was the one that was actually put out as a single.

I'm not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve by comparing it to a song that was pushed even with a video and failed to chart top 20 on itunes.

There are still songs that chart top 20 before the accompanying video is released for additional promo.

Tom's Diner had a WW release and it was a pop single and it failed to chart anywhere basically.
