WWWY weak? It's honestly 10x better than Hello to me. It has classic written all over.
I could see why you'd be doubtful of it being #1 with it falling steep on iTunes, but it's not even Top 50 on Pop Radio nor has a music video and such. It's essentially an album track, since it hasn't even been announced as the second single officially yet so it's not too worrying imo that it hasn't taken off.
I think It will pull a SYA in the graduation season! I hope

It's hard to tell though since we don't know how many of the viewers the song reached purchased the akbum instead of the single.
Second single will be added on Spotify. Also SFFTR went #1 and didn't 21 sell like 7 million by then? Also Hello is still selling strong so even though 25 is selling a lot, her singles still do pretty well
Why are people doubting WWWY? I think people are so focused on Hello that WWWY isn't on the mind yet. Once it starts getting more attention, I imagine it will take off quickly.

Streaming wasn't included in the Hot 100 when it went #1 so it didn't matter.
And also even if streaming was included it did would have had streaming since Set Fire To The Rain remixes were on Spotify at the time (Thomas Gold remix and another one, I think Moto Blanco?). It was only the original version which wasn't on Spotify.
