All Gaga needs is about 20 votes to win... I personally don't think her competition is that serious.
She has many chances to win, her main competition may be Queen Latifah or Felicity.
When Gaga loses the category her haters will start saying "talent wins" / "I guess talent doesn't always win". The predictability of some of you though.

Her acting is a hit or miss throughout the entire season so far. She is okay, i guess, but not good enough for a Golden Globe nomination.
All the buzz surrounding her name right now and the fact that she's Lady Gaga got her the nomination. There are a lot more actresses far more deserving of a nomination.
This is still her first season. They should have let her get more into the acting aspect, develop her own identity as an actress, feel more confident on TV, and maybe they could have nominated her next year if she's back for S2.
