I loved the finale until the last scenes. I know the show won't get renewed and I wanted some closure because it's supposed to be an anthology series. I guess that's too much to ask of Ryan.

not really. Emma Roberts is the niece of Julia Roberts, and she has a much larger filmography than Billie. Scream Queens & Star Wars are Billie's debut
in term of relevant, Emma is still >>>>>> Billie
of course if you count Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas, then yeah they're the trinity in the cast

technically Ariana (duh) >>> Emma = Nick = Lea (the GP knows them, they're still relevant to the press but they don't have any kind of big impact) >>> Abigail = Jamie (great actresses but pretty much only film buffs know about them right now) >>> Billie (thanks to the love for Chanel #3 and the upcoming Star Wars) >>> the rest

I can't wait to see how Star Wars will boost Billie's career, considering she's just in a supporting role. But pretty much anything in Star Wars is iconic so she really has a good shot

Why is just the finale being blamed? Everything but the unmasking was an issue all season long.

And it a whodunnit. There were holes (mainly the fryer thing), but every killer would've had holes

Not... really. Everyone was looking to the finale for answers, because we've been promised this whole time that the finale would PROVIDE answers. It was assumed the reason there were a bunch of bit-cast deaths all season was for some bloodbath in the finale. Everyone was EXPECTING 4-5 survivors in the end because that's the one thing about this show that Ryan's been shoving down our throats all season long. And we were definitely lead to believe that there would be a season-long investigation on our part of who the Red Devil was, and we all figured it was Hester around week 2 & week 9. Ryan set it up so that it most LIKELY was going to be Grace as the killer, but there was still potential for it to be Chanel, Hester or someone else if he was bored and changed his mind, hence why he said there were multiple scripts written with different endings. And he scrapped it all to appease Lea; you can deny that all you want, but that fat, petty, balding Mr. Potatohead lookalike is NOT above doing that. You have GOT to see the issues and how the finale is the issue with this; it could've solved everything. But it didn't. It was a boring epilogue, not a finale that tied everything up. It just **** on it all. The first 12 episodes were Ryan. The last episode was Funny or Die.

That said, the "finale" would've been fine if it was the closer to SOMETHING ELSE. That is NOT the closer to the 12 episodes we were given beforehand. It does NOT wrap up the story we were being told before. THAT is the problem. Sure, the actual facts of what happened would work as the ending to a Lifetime special written by horror fanatics on 4chan, but it is out of place and terrible as the bookend to the show we've been watching up until that. As the finale to the show we've been watching thus far, it is lazy, weak-willed, horribly-written, cringe-worthy and a flippant disregard for everything the show was built up to be and the rules it set. And while I understand some like that, you cannot claim in all sanity that that is appropriate and good for a TV show.

I'm not like extremely mad about the finale, but I am fairly disappointed. It doesn't quite go with the other twelve episodes, and feels random and forced and out of place honestly... Still love it though. Hope there is a season two. I love Dorkus though! Just not final episode.

Okay, I just saw the finale. It's not bad (well it's absolutely terrible imo but not bad in general) and I feel like this is not what I expected after watching this show for 11 weeks. Just that. It got funny moments like the Chanels' arrest, Dean Munsch's book and Chanel being the asylum leader but overall I agree, the previous episodes didn't lead to this (at least for me).

We should've known better the minute Lea Michelle became a cast member this was going to be catered to her. Just when I started to like ha.

Ariana for ratings, duh. Keke for.... ???. I honestly think Ryan should have used Zayday's character as a foil for Chanel instead of Grace but he didn't so she really didn't do much or have much of a purpose. Chanel was a white racist, Zayday is black, Chanel is rich, Zayday was from Oakland, Both have dynamic personalities.
