Agreed. LY is proving to be a force though. Finally starting to overtake a few #1s from Adele and getting close in other places. Sure, "Hello" is getting old, but she's still selling like crazy.

People are legitimately forgetting the GRAMMYs are in two months. When WWWY will be peaking / around peaking and she will more than likely be performing it.

Do we need some type of recap as to what happen to her sales with the GRAMMYs during "21" era? I would not write off When We Were Young from going #1 as long as there is any possibility of her performing it at the GRAMMYs.

grammys 2012 was HER night though, on top of performing she was sweeping every single category. everything was about her. Ofcourse even then the sales were unprecedented, but the scenario is not nearly the same. But i just dont see it getting enough reception to go #1 when ~6mil (most likely alot more) americans own 25 already and it wont be on spotify. top 5 is likely but unless the video is otherworldly this is not seeing hello's reception

If Adele puts WWWY on streaming services, I can definitely see it going #1 just based on airplay and streaming alone. But it'll be hard without on-demand streaming since sales won't be very high for a song from an album that most people will already own.

Whatever Adele's next single is it will be on Spotify. She said this during the Today Show interview just like Hello is available in it.
