Not to sound extreme, but everything Stalin did had a logic to it as well (stay in power and don't die.... so literally the same MO as Chanel) I didn't say I don't get her reasoning, but walking around trying to stab people with scissors because you assume they're the killer with no evidence is something only a psychopath would do.
There is also the fact Grace didn't bully people, regretted her plan to off Dean Munsch and tried to stop it, wasn't nearly as vapid, etc. Besides, the show takes shot at her and Zayday too. It's also worth noting she didn't do anything particularly bad till Episode 11.... and came to her senses and tried to stop it. Chanel O had been monstrous since Ep 1 and actively refused to change or grow
